All Totocactus products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days.
For international orders, shipping rates will vary depending on destination. Please note that any customs duties or taxes will need to be covered by the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Totocactus, each item is made and packed with care. Because our products are produced in small batches, all sales are final.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
Returns & Exchanges:
At Totocactus, each product is crafted and packed with care. Because our items are produced in small batches, we do not accept returns.
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in cases where the product arrives damaged.
A video of the unboxing is required to process any exchange request.
Used, opened, or final-sale items cannot be exchanged.
If your product arrives damaged, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
